- Financial Advisor. If you're considering a career change and are already an experienced professional who has enjoyed success and have established contacts in your natural market, you may qualify to become an Ameriprise financial advisor. You'll join an experienced advisor's team in a branch office, participate in local and national training and receive one-to-one mentoring. Initially, you'll earn a salary, plus be eligible for full employee benefits and bonuses based on sales commissions and earned fees.
- Ameriprise Advisor Center Advisor. A career in the Ameriprise Advisor Center (AAC) is designed for people who prefer more structure, a predictable environment and working primarily with an established client base. You'll interact with clients over the phone, discussing financial planning services and offering new products and services. The AAC has two locations, our Minneapolis headquarters and Las Vegas, where you'll work with team leaders and get team support. AAC employees get full employee benefits, a base salary and bonus potential.
- Associate Financial Advisor. As an associate financial advisor, you'll bring your experience and client relationships to an established franchise practice. In this role, you'll be a fully licensed advisor and work as an employee or contractor for a more seasoned Ameriprise franchise advisor. This gives you the opportunity to master our approach to financial planning as you learn from and support the team you join. Compensation and benefits are determined by the franchise advisor.
